The online print shop AlfaStampa.rs is part of Alfa Stampa d.o.o. Through our website, you can order printed promotional materials and design services for the materials you print. Alfa Stampa strives to keep the information on its website regularly updated.

By visiting or purchasing through the Alfastampa.rs website, the user accepts the Terms of Use listed below. Alfa Stampa d.o.o. reserves the right to modify and supplement the existing rules without prior notice.

Alfa Stampa d.o.o. operates in accordance with the Electronic Commerce Act and all other applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Serbia.

All users of the Alfastampa.rs website are kindly asked to review the detailed purchase terms before placing an order.

Site security

Purchasing on our website is safe. All purchase data is visible only to the administrator. Alfa Stampa will take all precautionary measures to prevent loss, misuse, or alteration of the user's personal data. Your payment card data is encrypted and available only to the bank processing the transaction.

Data security during payment is guaranteed by the card processor, Raiffeisen Banka ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no point is payment card data available to our system.

Electronic communication

Electronic communication begins from the moment a user visits the Alfastampa.rs website and sends the first email message. Once the user accepts the website terms of use, they are considered to agree to communicate with the Alfastampa.rs website electronically. All further communication takes place via email, as well as through notices and updates that Alfastampa.rs will publish on the website in a timely manner.

All user requests can be sent to Alfa Stampa's email address, office@alfastampa.rs. In that case, the user must make sure they have entered the correct first and last name, email address, and phone number, and that the question or request is clearly stated. Our employees will respond as soon as possible.

Product selection and ordering

By clicking the Order button, the user selects the product they wish to buy. They then fill in the form with the data required to define the type, quantity, and delivery time of the printed material. At this step, the user indicates whether they have their own design or are also ordering a design service. After clicking Confirm selection, the product will be added to the cart.

To complete the order, the user will be asked to choose a payment method and confirm the order, meaning they must either upload the selected or self-created file to the designated area or fill in the information needed to create the design if they previously indicated that they are also ordering a design service from Alfaštampa.rs.

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the ordered content, including any potential grammatical errors and the files they selected for printing.

After the entire process of selecting desired products, the total amount of the order will be shown on the user's screen.

Note: Some of the photos shown on the Alfastampa.rs website may not match the final product that will be delivered to the user.

Payment methods and print content selection

Payment can be made by:

• Cash on delivery
• Bank transfer
• Payment card

In the case of cash on delivery, the user receives the ordered items at the selected address and pays the courier for the order. When choosing cash on delivery, the order will be automatically forwarded to the Alfaštampa.rs team, which will begin printing sooner.

For payment by bank transfer, order processing will begin only after the payment is visible in Alfa Stampa d.o.o.'s account. Accordingly, delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days, depending on the time needed to print the submitted material.

When paying by card, the user will be automatically redirected to the Raiffeisen Bank ad Beograd website. The bank checks the user's card and account balance, and if the payment conditions are met, reserves the required amount on the user's current account. After the payment is completed on the bank's website, the user is redirected back to Alfastampa.rs, where the purchase is finalized.

All invoices are sent to the user by email after the payment is recorded and the goods are dispatched. It is the user's responsibility to print all invoices and keep them in their records.

User responsibility for submitted content

The selected content and printing material, as well as any material that requires prior authorization for further reproduction, are entirely the user's responsibility.

Alfastampa.rs shall in no case be liable for unauthorized use of material belonging to the user or any third-party rights infringement.

Alfastampa.rs reserves the right to stop any order at any time if it clearly indicates misuse of intellectual property or third-party rights. The same applies if the content itself is immoral, abusive, or poses a threat to public order and morality.

File review

At the user's request, by choosing the “Detailed check” option, the graphical and aesthetic aspects of the submitted file will be reviewed by a professional Alfa Stampa operator for an additional fee.

With this option selected, Alfa Stampa will check the graphic content and layers, margins, distance from the edge to the graphic content, number of pages, file resolution, file mode, and other print-related settings and details.

Note: System review does not include checking or correcting grammar or spelling errors, or missing files or photos.

Order confirmation

Alfa Stampa will send the user an email once the order has been completed and all required fields have been properly filled in. If the user receives an email from a different address that is not the official Alfa Stampa website email address (ending in ...@alfastampa.rs), please contact us immediately at:

Delivery

Ordered products are delivered to the user's address as quickly as possible. Deliveries for Alfastampa.rs are handled by the AKS EXPRESS KURIR d.o.o. courier service. If delivery is unsuccessful and the user does not receive the package when the courier arrives at the agreed address, the courier service will leave a message so that pickup time can be arranged directly. In the event of a change in delivery method or address, the user is required to notify the courier service in a timely manner.

Likewise, if the user changes their residence or the address where they want the delivery to arrive, they must notify Alfa Stampa in a timely manner. If Alfastampa.rs is not informed of such a change, it will not be responsible for any irregularities in the order or product delivery. Also, Alfastampa.rs assumes no responsibility for possible damage caused by delayed delivery.

All files sent through the Alfastampa.rs website before 12:00 will be processed and printed within the delivery time stated in the appropriate field. All orders received after that time will be processed the next day. Alfastampa.rs is available to users 24/7 by email at office@alfastampa.rs. Prices

All prices listed on the Alfa Stampa website include 20% VAT and are expressed in dinars. These prices apply only to online purchases through the website. Delivery is free for all order quantities and all locations within Serbia for orders over 5,000 RSD.

Alfa Stampa reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Withdrawal from purchase

The right to withdraw from an order without penalty and without stating a reason does not apply to most services offered by Alfastampa.rs, since the delivered goods are customized and personalized for the specific user.

All return shipping costs for the ordered material are borne by the user.

Intellectual property

The content published on this website is copyrighted and therefore may not be used for any purpose other than the activities intended for the Alfa Stampa website.

It is forbidden to copy, reproduce, or otherwise distribute the content or any part of the Alfa Stampa website without prior permission. Alfa Stampa is not responsible for occasional website downtime, as well as any inaccurate information or damages resulting from its use.

Complaints

Complaints can be submitted only if the order is incomplete, the item is damaged, or it does not match the order specification.

The buyer has the right to complain about purchased goods due to defects that occurred no later than two business days after the material was received. After this period, the buyer loses the right to submit a complaint.

A complaint request can be sent by email to office@alfastampa.rs. When submitting a complaint, the buyer is required to:

• state the reasons for the complaint and the desired way to resolve it;
• in the case of reprinting the material, return the disputed product to the seller's address, in which case the seller pays the delivery costs.

The buyer has no right to complain if:

• the deadline for filing a complaint specified in these rules was missed;
• the defect on the purchased product was caused by the buyer or by others;
• the buyer changed their mind about the selected product.

The validity of the complaint request is determined by an authorized employee, who informs the buyer as soon as possible and no later than 7 business days from the day of receipt.

If the complaint is justified and accepted by Alfa Stampa, the buyer has the right, at their own choice, to:

• have the purchased product reprinted;
• receive a refund of the price paid for the disputed product according to the attached invoice;
• have the defect removed if possible.

In the event of a return and refund, the money will be paid into the buyer's current account.

Refunds are issued only by the methods listed above, and it is not possible to send cash with the courier.

Privacy statement

The general terms of business of the Alfa Stampa website are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. All personal data of users collected during ordering or registration will be used exclusively in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Access to users' personal data is not intended for public use, and it will not be shared with third parties by the Alfa Stampa website except in cases where competent authorities request it in accordance with regulations. The exception is data that must be forwarded to a third party, such as a courier service, in order for communication to be successfully completed and the shipment to arrive at the desired address or at the print shop that must print and prepare the materials for shipping.

This policy does not apply to websites outside the Alfastampa.rs domain that are accessed from the Alfastampa.rs website via links to other websites owned by third parties. Please read the privacy policies of those websites to learn how they collect, use, share, and protect your data.
