Once the user accepts the website terms of use, they are considered to agree to communicate with the Alfastampa.rs website electronically. All further communication takes place via email, as well as through notices and updates that Alfastampa.rs will publish on the website in a timely manner.

In that case, the user must make sure they have entered the correct first and last name, email address, and phone number, and that the question or request is clearly stated. Our employees will respond as soon as possible.
By clicking the Order button, the user selects the product they wish to buy. They then fill in the form with the data required to define the type, quantity, and delivery time of the printed material. At this step, the user indicates whether they have their own design or are also ordering a design service. After clicking Confirm selection, the product will be added to the cart.
To complete the order, the user will be asked to choose a payment method and confirm the order, meaning they must either upload the selected or self-created file to the designated area or fill in the information needed to create the design if they previously indicated that they are also ordering a design service from Alfaštampa.rs.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the ordered content, including any potential grammatical errors and the files they selected for printing.
After the entire process of selecting desired products, the total amount of the order will be shown on the user's screen.

In the case of cash on delivery, the user receives the ordered items at the selected address and pays the courier for the order. When choosing cash on delivery, the order will be automatically forwarded to the Alfaštampa.rs team, which will begin printing sooner.
For payment by bank transfer, order processing will begin only after the payment is visible in Alfa Stampa d.o.o.'s account. Accordingly, delivery may be delayed by 2-3 days, depending on the time needed to print the submitted material.
When paying by card, the user will be automatically redirected to the Raiffeisen Bank ad Beograd website. The bank checks the user's card and account balance, and if the payment conditions are met, reserves the required amount on the user's current account. After the payment is completed on the bank's website, the user is redirected back to Alfastampa.rs, where the purchase is finalized.
All invoices are sent to the user by email after the payment is recorded and the goods are dispatched. It is the user's responsibility to print all invoices and keep them in their records.
The selected content and printing material, as well as any material that requires prior authorization for further reproduction, are entirely the user's responsibility.
Alfastampa.rs shall in no case be liable for unauthorized use of material belonging to the user or any third-party rights infringement.
Alfastampa.rs reserves the right to stop any order at any time if it clearly indicates misuse of intellectual property or third-party rights. The same applies if the content itself is immoral, abusive, or poses a threat to public order and morality.
At the user's request, by choosing the “Detailed check” option, the graphical and aesthetic aspects of the submitted file will be reviewed by a professional Alfa Stampa operator for an additional fee.
With this option selected, Alfa Stampa will check the graphic content and layers, margins, distance from the edge to the graphic content, number of pages, file resolution, file mode, and other print-related settings and details.

Ordered products are delivered to the user's address as quickly as possible. Deliveries for Alfastampa.rs are handled by the AKS EXPRESS KURIR d.o.o. courier service. If delivery is unsuccessful and the user does not receive the package when the courier arrives at the agreed address, the courier service will leave a message so that pickup time can be arranged directly. In the event of a change in delivery method or address, the user is required to notify the courier service in a timely manner.
Likewise, if the user changes their residence or the address where they want the delivery to arrive, they must notify Alfa Stampa in a timely manner. The right to withdraw from an order without penalty and without stating a reason does not apply to most services offered by Alfastampa.rs, since the delivered goods are customized and personalized for the specific user.
